You are invited to take part in a great opportunity to support The Art Gala – an annual fundraising event benefiting the Talent and Art Community.

If you feel that your performance can make The Art Gala 2019 more special please consider before applying: read all the instructions carefully and note that it will be no exceptions to the rules:

-Existing TAG talent team members please send you participation request to: INFO@TheArtGala.com by March 13th, 2019.
-New talent auditions planed for March 13th* from 5:30 pm at the Arts Ballroom,1324 Locust St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, Philadelphia, USA.
-All TAG team members must attend a Final Dress Rehearsal on April 11th* at 5:30 pm at the Arts Ballroom in Philadelphia, USA.
-Talent call on a day of the show on May 4th is at 1:00pm sharp.

When come to auditions, Please make sure you are camera ready for closeup: we will be recording our
“I am The Art Gala” video. 

Fashion Designers*:
We are inviting you to show your creative imagination.
The uniqueness, creativity and quality is very important for your presentation.
-Please bring 2-3 pieces representing your work aesthetics and sketch ideas for the “STEAMPUNK: Keep Moving” collection you would like to present at the Gala.
-Please bring your CV.

Artist/ Performers*:
Musicians; Performing Artists; Body, Hair and Makeup Artists we are inviting you to show your creative, artistic imagination.
-Please be ready to present your ideas.
-Please bring your CV.

Models*:
-Dress recommendations: dress or jeans, white or black t-shirt; female models must have high heels;  male models- dress/runway shoes.
-Please bring your face and full body pictures and CV.
-All models will be working on volunteering bases.

*All participants under 18 years old will need to have a guardian to sign a release form. Must have a Proper ID.

** Please note:
-Upon entry to any Private Paparazzi Production event, permission to be video/ photographed will be considered given.
