You are invited to take part in a great opportunity to support The Art Gala – an annual fundraising event benefiting the Talent and Art Community.

The Art Gala will include a Red Carpet Arrival, followed by a Cocktail Hour, an Art Exhibit, Fashion Show, Silent Auction and, of course, a great Dance Party! We anticipate that the red carpet Fashions and the Art displayed will be widely photographed, reviewed, critiqued and emulated.

If you would like to be a part of the PRESS team for our event, please submit your credentials to: INFO@TheArtGala.com by April 10th, 2018.
Please include your personal or company CV and portfolio, links to your website and social media pages.

Press registration is for professional photographers and journalist/bloggers that are interested in covering The Art Gala events.
We will issue credentials after information has been verified and confirmed. You may be further asked to present a business card or a letter on letterhead confirming your credentials.
All photos are to be placed as an album link on www.Facebook.com/TheArtGala within 10 business days after the event.
All journalists/bloggers must complete and post an article about The Art Gala prior to the event before receiving their credentials. Videographers must provide a digital link, MP file or internet link within 20 days of filming the event. Failure to adhere to these conditions will prevent you from receiving credentials to this event and future events.
No tablets or cellphone cameras will be allowed in the pit area.

By using the PRESS PASS you will agree to following: Hereby grant permission to The Art Gala, Private Paparazzi Productions and its affiliates to reproduce any portion of the video/photo images that have been taken or written by you, for the purpose of SELF USE and/or SELF PROMOTION publications which can include but is not limited prints and websites without any compensation.

The Art Gala event has a Black Tie Creative dress code. Please dress appropriate. No jeans or sneakers will be allowed for the press team members.
